PREMO Group, leading manufacturer of RFID antennas, is offering a new RFID kit with a set of transponder coils.

The kit includes a set of single axis transponders coils designed for a frequency of 125 kHz, with dimensions between 6.6x2.3x1.75mm and 14.3x12x2.5mm. The inductance values are covered from 2,38mH to 7,2mH, and sensitivity between 18-88 mVpp/App/m (Min).

In addition to these single axis coils, the kit includes a set of 3-axis transponder coils, 3 coils oriented to 3 axes coordinates “X”, “Y”, “Z”, winded over one common core. 3Dcoils included in the kit has been designed for a frequency of 125kHz and 20kHz. These rugged inductors offer sensitivity between 20-80 mVpp/App/m (Min).

These antennas are suitable for pick-and-place assembly, and 3DC09AOI and 3DC14AOI series allow automatic optical recognition of soldering process AOI (automatic optical inspection). These transponder coils operate in a temperature range from -40ºC to +85ºC.

These rugged inductors are suitable for passive keyless entry systems (KES), keyless go(KG), type pressure monitory systems (TPMS), and immobilizers, and are RoHS-compatible and AEC-Q200 qualified.
